Welcome to Click Cash. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Definitions

"User" refers to individuals using the Click Cash User App. "CashBuddy" refers to registered agents providing cash delivery services.

2. Services

• Digital wallet management
• Peer-to-peer cash exchange within 5 km radius
• Bill payment and transfers

3. Eligibility

All users must complete KYC verification before using wallet or cash request features.

4. User Obligations

• Provide accurate KYC information
• Use services only for lawful purposes
• Report suspicious or fraudulent activity

5. CashBuddy Rules

• Must maintain minimum ₹20,000 declared cash
• Must confirm cash delivery via OTP
• Wallet freeze applies for unverified deliveries

6. Fees and Commission

• 2% CashBuddy commission
• 3% company fee (for operations)

7. Limitation of Liability

Click Cash is not responsible for losses due to misuse, fraud, or third-party failures. Users and CashBuddies are responsible for verifying each transaction.

8. Termination

Violation of policies may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
