These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Click Cash, a digital payments and services platform operated by Sevenseas Skynet India Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, registering, or using Click Cash in any manner, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Scope of Services

Click Cash provides the following services:

Digital wallet services
Mobile and DTH recharges
BBPS bill payments
Wallet-to-wallet money transfers
Travel booking services (upcoming)

Services may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

User must be at least 18 years of age
User must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
KYC verification is mandatory for wallet and transfer services

3. Account & KYC

User must provide accurate and complete personal information
KYC documents may include Aadhaar, PAN, selfie, or other ID
Failure or refusal to complete KYC may restrict services

Click Cash reserves the right to verify information and suspend accounts found to be inaccurate or misleading.

4. Wallet Rules

4.1 Wallet Loading

Minimum wallet top-up amount: ₹5,000
Wallet loading is processed via authorized payment gateways
Wallet balance is non-transferable except as permitted

4.2 Wallet-to-Wallet Transfers

Minimum transfer: ₹5,000
Maximum transfer: ₹1,00,000
Transfer must be in multiples of ₹5,000
Transfers allowed only between KYC-verified users

5. Fees, Charges & Rewards

A platform commission of 3% is applicable on wallet-to-wallet transfers and is retained by Click Cash.

Recharge and BBPS services may carry minimal or zero service charges depending on partner pricing.

Rewards or cashback may be offered on select services at the sole discretion of Click Cash and are subject to change or withdrawal.

6. Payment Gateway Usage

Wallet top-ups and payments are processed via RBI-compliant payment gateways including but not limited to:

SabPaisa
AgreePay

Click Cash does not store card numbers, CVV, or UPI credentials. Payment data is handled directly by the respective gateway.

7. User Responsibilities

Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and OTPs
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Not engage in fraud, abuse, or misuse
Immediately report unauthorized access

8. Security Rules

Users shall not attempt to:

Access unauthorized data or systems
Probe or breach security measures
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
Disrupt services or networks

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Suspension & Termination

Click Cash may suspend or terminate accounts without notice in cases of:

Fraud or suspicious activity
Violation of these Terms
Regulatory or legal requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

Click Cash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

In no event shall Click Cash’s total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click Cash, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

Services offered via third-party providers are governed by their respective terms and policies. Click Cash is not responsible for third-party actions or failures.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
